TRU-CUFF INFLATING SYRINGE
For PVC ET tubes
The Tru-Cuff syringe is used for controlling the pressure in the in昀氀ated cuff of
endotracheal tubes. Over in昀氀ation of cuffs has for a long time been an overlooked
challenge in anesthesia, especially for cats. Most of the time, when using a traditional
syringe, cuffs are overin昀氀ated as the assessment of in昀氀ation is the result of the feeling/
sense of the operator.
•
Avoid under/over in昀氀ation of the cuff and consequent airway damages
•
Allow to reach the recommended cuff pressure improves patient safety
•
Very simple operation: Green: OK, Red: Over in昀氀ated
