This ointment contains 48% Medical Grade Honey, medical grade hypoallergenic
lanolin, sun昀氀ower oil, cod liver oil, Calendula O昀케cinalis, Aloe Barbadensis, Vitamin
C & E and Zinc Oxide. L-Mesitran Ointment is suitable for the treatment of chronic,
oncological and acute wounds like abrasions, cuts and burns.

L-Mesitran Hydro is a sterile hydro-active, low-adherence, honey containing wound
dressing. It contains 30% medical grade honey, an acrylic polymer gel and water with a
polyurethane 昀椀lm backing, without and with an adhesive border.

L-Mesitran Foam is a sterile non-adherent hydrophilic polyurethane foam dressing of
about 3 mm, impregnated with the patented L-Mesitran Soft gel. It forms a cushioning
layer that protects the wound from mechanical stress while allowing drainage to pass
and has high absorbtion and high retention characteristics.
