OvaCyte™ was developed through more than 昀椀ve years of intensive research and
development in collaboration with University College Dublin (UCD), including the
Department of Parasitology, the Department of Engineering, and the Irish Centre for
High-End Computing. This multidisciplinary partnership has enabled the creation of a
robust, scienti昀椀cally validated platform that delivers accurate, reliable, and consistent
diagnostic results.
Images are analysed by our proprietary Arti昀椀cial
Intelligence models by referencing the images
against the Telenostic Reference Library.
The image recognition software identi昀椀es each
speci昀椀c parasite species and the number of
parasitic eggs or oocysts present.
